Support Circle is provided by Finn Software Pty Ltd (trading as Support Circle App), a company registered in Queensland, Australia.

By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Support Circle is — and isn't

Support Circle is a care coordination tool. It helps NDIS families and their support teams share session summaries, goals, and appointments in one place.

Support Circle is not a clinical records system. It does not replace the records specialists are required to maintain in their own professional systems. It is not a My Health Records provider. It is not a medical device. It is not a therapeutic service. Nothing in Support Circle constitutes clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Specialists must continue to maintain their own compliant clinical records in accordance with their professional obligations.

Who can use Support Circle

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may add your child's information to a circle if you are their parent or legal guardian, or if you have been invited by a parent or guardian.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Only share a child's circle with people who have a legitimate care coordination role
  • Use the service for coordination purposes only — not as a substitute for clinical records
  • Not upload content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates another person's privacy

AI-generated summaries

Support Circle uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to help specialists draft plain-language session summaries. Specialists must review and approve any AI-generated content before it is shared. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a clinical record.

Subscription and payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD). Billing is processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Note: Stripe billing is not yet active. This section will be updated with full pricing details when paid plans are launched.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have rights that cannot be excluded, including rights to a refund where a service is not fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits those ACL rights.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Finn Software Pty Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service is limited to the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or AUD $100 if no fees were paid).
  • Finn Software Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss arising from reliance on the service for clinical or medical decision-making.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Changes to these terms

We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
